Our diets include way too much omega 6 and way too little Omega 3. Omega 6 for the most part is bad fat. French fries, hydrogenated oils (vegetable oil) they seem to put on everything these days. Any fast food or packaged food is the bad stuff. So in order to increase your omega 3 levels you should try and lay off the bad stuff. Start eating more green veggies and maybe adding some Flaxseed Snack on the Walnuts
