I used to have gout like pains in my foot. I was only in my teens. I went to the Doctor and he asked me what I ate. He said "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT". This was back in the early 80’s (now we had great music back then) and that started a transformation for me. I have been reading and learning ever since. I believe that the most important thing I have learned is that Essential Fatty Acids are the true health equalizer.
