    These days many problems exist with our normal ways of receiving Omega 3 from our foods. Fish is being over harvested. Mercury levels in fish are getting higher and higher. Cows and all other meats we eat are being fed diets they are not supposed to eat and they are getting higher levels of Omega 6.
