Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is not an Omega 3 but it is an essential fatty acids. It is actually an Omega 6 but we won’t hold that against it. I have seen a lot of positive data about it. So I decided to add it to the web site. EPO is grows in mild climates. It is an herb that has pretty flowers. A neat fact is that the each flowers only blooms for one night. It opens as the sun goes down and then is burned away by the sun when it rises. That’s where it gets it name Evening Primrose.
