The Harp Seals are found in the arctic regions of the world. They are still hunted in Canada. The oil is found in the flesh. Should You Take Seal Oil?

I believe in trying to go as far down the food chain as possible. This way you are getting the least Heavy Metals and Mercury. I also believe the seals need a break. We can Increase our Omega 3 levels by other means. What Supplement to take to Increase Omega 3 Levels.
